Below are some of the most frequently requested fences.
The most popular timber fencing is the timber post and rail which comes in 3 or4 rail, normally 4 foot high or 1.2 metres or 5 foot high for horses and horse arenas. The standard posts come 6, 7 or 8 foot long for arenas or for extra height it can come in 5 by or 6 by posts. It’s pressure treated Swedish redwood. For long life the rails are kiln dried before they are pressure treated for long life. They come in 4.2 or 4.8 metre lengths, 14 or 16 foot. I always use 4 by 2 rails for extra strength. It’s a lovely fence if it’s put up properly.
